The museum docents, many seasoned lacemakers, offer guided tours. All tours need to be reserved at least one week in advance, and payment is due 48 hours before the tour's start time.

Select from one of the tour options below and reserve by using this form.

1-hour tour:
This tour introduces the museum, its foundation, historical references to lacemaking, an explanation of types of lace, techniques in bobbin lace making and needle lace, and the discovery of special centuries-old lace.
Cost:
  • Within opening hours - up to 5 persons: $70.00
  • Within opening hours - up to 10 persons: $100.00
  • Outside opening hours - up to 5 persons: $90.00
  • Outside opening hours - up to 10 persons: $120.00

    2-hours tour:
    In addition to the elements of the 1-hour tour, the docent will go into detail on the works on pillows (Binche Sample and Fan), as well as a detailed expose of the current special exhibition (if available)
    Cost:
  • Within opening hours - up to 5 persons: $100.00
  • Within opening hours - up to 10 persons: $150.00
  • Outside opening hours - up to 5 persons: $140.00
  • Outside opening hours - up to 10 persons: $175.00

    All 2-hour tours include a beverage of choice (Water, Juice, Red or White wine)
