Hugo Uyttenhove, Ph.D. - Chairman & CEO
As her husband for 48 years, Hugo witnessed the progression of Kristin in making art with textiles.
Throughout his own professional career, the most important lesson learned from being close to someone making lace
has been showing patience.
Hugo served on several boards and has worked with many nonprofit corporations
that, more often than not, were undervalued for the services they offered. An educational art center
reminds him of the importance of making handcraft and the need to continue the work and determination
of those that went before.
